Eldorado exists to close that gap at the last mile. We run a network of digital service centres in towns and small cities, staffed by trained operators, running one portal that handles GST, income tax, company registration, loans, insurance, banking and government schemes.
What makes us different is boring and important: every agent carries an Agent ID that anyone can check on our public register, free, in five seconds. If they cannot be verified, they are not us.
How we work
Three rules we do not bend
Every agent is checkable
No Agent ID on the public register means no authority to act for Eldorado. Customers can check for free, without logging in, before handing over anything.
Fees are published
Our service fee and the statutory government fee are shown separately on every service page. What you see is what the counter charges.
Turnaround is a promise
Each service carries a stated turnaround. If we slip, you hear it from us first — not from a notice.
