1. Who we are
Eldorado operates a network of digital service centres. These terms govern your use of this website and any service you request through an Eldorado centre or agent.
2. What we do and do not do
Eldorado acts as a facilitator. We prepare, file and follow up applications on your behalf. We are not a bank, an insurer, or a lender, and we do not guarantee that any authority or lender will approve your application. Approval rests entirely with the concerned authority.
3. Fees
Our service fee is quoted before work begins and is shown on each service page. Government and statutory fees are separate, are payable at actuals, and are non-refundable once paid to the authority.
4. Agent authority
Only an agent whose Agent ID verifies as approved on our public register is authorised to act for Eldorado. We accept no liability for money or documents handed to anyone who is not so verified.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you give us. We are not liable for a rejection, penalty or delay caused by information you supplied that was incorrect or incomplete.
6. Limitation of liability
Where a delay is caused by our own failure to act on a deadline we accepted in writing, we will bear the resulting statutory late fee. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for the affected service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our registered office is located.
