Before work begins
If you cancel before we have started work on your application, you get a full refund of the Eldorado service fee.
After work begins
If we have begun preparing or filing, a proportionate refund may be given at our discretion, based on the work already done.
Government fees
Statutory and government fees, once paid to the authority, cannot be recovered by us and are not refundable.
Rejected applications
A rejection by the authority is not, by itself, grounds for a refund of the service fee — the work was performed. If the rejection was caused by an error on our side, we will refile at no additional service fee.
Our own delay
If we miss a deadline that we accepted in writing, we bear the statutory late fee that results.
How to claim
Write to us with your receipt number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
