1. What we collect
We collect the information you give us: name, mobile number, email, address, and — where a service requires it — identity and financial documents.
2. Identity numbers
We do not store full Aadhaar numbers. Where Aadhaar is submitted, we retain only the last four digits together with a masked reference. Uploaded identity documents are stored on restricted-access storage and are used solely for the service you requested.
3. Why we collect it
To deliver the service you asked for, to comply with the law, and to contact you about your application. We do not sell your data.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the authority, bank, insurer or lender to whom your application is being made, and only to the extent that application requires.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as the law requires us to, and no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected.
6. Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to retain it. Write to us using the contact details on this site.
